* This gown provides moderate barrier protection (level 3); for higher level protection, check out our TOPMED level 4 gowns
* Designed with input from doctors at major US hospitals to offer more protection in the neck, side, leg, and upper back areas;Slits in the back make it easy to tear off and doff the gown.
* Each gown is made from high grade 25gsm plastic film coated with Chlorinated Polyethylene Elastomer (CPE) and weighs 54 grams for superior protection
* Non-sterile, not a surgical gown; Not for use in surgical settings; Not for use in the presence of high intensity heat source or flammable gas

40 gsm CPE for the Ultimate Protection

Compared to the 25 gsm of Level 3 gowns, our level 4 gowns are made of 40 gsm CEP greater length. They provide more durability,
better tensile strength, and better protection against splashes and particles.

Precision Cutting of Gown Pattern

Precision computer-controlled machines are utilized to fine-cut every isolation gown to perfection. This resulted in smooth clean
edges with no fray or lint. Speed and efficiency allow us to produce millions of gowns per day.

Each Gown is Separately Folded for Easy Take-Away

Our gowns are individually folded before placing into poly bags, making it easy to take away one gown at a time. We sweat the
details so you don't have to.

Made from Embossed Texturized CPE Material and Thermally Fused Seams

* Made from embossed plastic film coated with Chlorinated Polyethylene Elastomer (CPE). This coating adds an extra level of protection to the gowns as they are chemical and oil resistant, as well as exhibiting flame retardancy and tensile strength.Overall, our CPE coating makes a tougher gown.
* All seams are thermally fused for durability and to prevent leakage. Compared to sewn seams, this fused method provides superior overall seam integrity which allows our gowns to pass AAMI Level 3 / Level 4 tests. (tested according to ANSI/AAMI PB70-2012, AATCC 42-2017, and AATCC 127-2018 protocols performed by SGS in 2020.)
